Engineering Concept Study & Class-5 Cost Estimate

This project involves the development of a greenfield oil and gas production facility concept to support future field development and production operations. The scope includes establishing the design basis, developing early-stage engineering deliverables, and preparing both equipment factored cost estimates and an AACE Class 5 cost estimate using Questor to support technical and commercial decision-making. Engineering activities cover process definition, conceptual facility configuration, major equipment identification, pipeline routing and sizing, utilities assessment, and infrastructure planning aligned with production and export requirements. The study will also define key operating philosophies, environmental considerations, and project assumptions to guide future FEED and detailed engineering stages. Deliverables include concept engineering documents, equipment and Questor-based cost models, assumptions registers, and executive presentation materials to support stakeholder reviews and project governance.
