Responsibilities include conducting a feasibility study, proposing a product evacuation plan, and delivering design services such as basic design, topographical and geotechnical surveys, technical proposals, cost estimation, technical scheme comparison, and PDP reports for the surface facility. Also provide engineering deliverables (drawings, specifications, datasheets) for COMPANY review and approval. Additionally, procurement support will also be included for developing material requisitions (MR), material take-offs (MTO), addressing technical queries (TQ), supporting technical bid evaluations, reviewing vendor drawings, participating in vendor technical meetings, and attending Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as required. This scope is a full-fledged multidisciplinary Detailed Engineering scope including Process, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Pipeline deliverables. This also includes Procurement Services, such as preparation of MRs, TBEs, and Vendor Document Review.
