Construction will occur in two phases: Phase One will provide approximately 15,000 barrels of oil per day (bopd) using existing equipment, while Phase Two will expand capacity to approximately 45,000 bopd by adding three additional twin-arm loading stations. The scope includes validating the Phase 1 engineering proposal and managing associated risks.
