A Tanker Loading Station (TLS) is proposed as a fast-track project to enhance export flexibility in the Atrush field, addressing the current limitation of pipeline-only exports. The TLS will facilitate crude oil loadout for transportation to regional refineries via road. The project involves relocating an existing two-bay loading station to Terrace 4 within the Atrush CPF facility, aiming for completion within 60 days of award. Construction will occur in two phases: Phase One will provide approximately 15,000 barrels of oil per day (bopd) using existing equipment, while Phase Two will expand capacity to approximately 45,000 bopd by adding three additional twin-arm loading stations. The scope includes validating the Phase 1 engineering proposal and managing associated risks. Conducted Flow Assurance Study for the Soluforce Crude Oil Loading System.
