Provision of Engineering Services (Baeshiqa)

Perform conceptual engineering (Identify, assess, select, define) options, preparation of conceptual reports, project controls, procurement support, detailed design including all analyses, preparation of operation, maintenance, commissioning, and start-up assistance to Company’s Operations Group as required and for the provision of all records I documentation necessary for the complete performance of the Work.
Responsible for all aspects of the Services, regarding Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance, quality management, schedule, cost, and functionality.
The Services to be provided under the Contract may include, but not be limited to:
Feasibility studies and frontend engineering studies for the process facility;
Detailed design activities for the process facility, offsite, pipeline, and OHL, and that includes preparation of procurement documentation (invitation to tender packages) and technical bid evaluations. This scope include the treatment of oil production, gas processing plant and produced water treatment.
