| PROJECT DESCRIPTION | Perform conceptual engineering (Identify, assess, select, define) options, preparation of conceptual reports, project controls, procurement support, detailed design including all analyses, preparation of operation, maintenance, commissioning, and start-up assistance to Company's Operations Group as required and for the provision of all records I documentation necessary for the complete performance of the Work. Responsible for all aspects of the Services, regarding Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance, quality management, schedule, cost, and functionality. |
