Carry out the PMC for PetroChina Halfaya CPF3 Iraq:
Oil and Gas Train Units;
Gas Compression Systems;
Gathering Facilities (GRS); and
Roads, Camps, others.
Improvement to the Gas Turbine Power Plant
Completion and Commissioning of Gas Lift Compression Plant.
Provision of all site procedures, HSE, QA/QC, etc. and PMC Team for Project, Engineering & Construction Management of the Project Execution Phase.
