Provision of Third Party Technical Review for Paloch De-Bottlenecking (DBN) Facilities

Evaluate the Process Issues with the aim of de-bottlenecking the facility to achieve the original design intent. Conduct Site Visit and Sampling to inform de-bottlenecking recommendations. Adhere to DPOC Standards & Codes, South Sudan’s Rules, Regulations, and Laws, and International Standards and Best Practice
