Provide required Technical Service to support COMPANY for carrying out design engineering, detailed engineering, technical support for procurement activities such as; Material Requisitions (MRs), Technical Bids Evaluations (TBEs) & Vendor Data Requirements (VDRs), as well as support for the project management, planning, control, cost control, document control, construction, and commissioning Work, as required.

The Tilenga Project, being developed by Total E&P Uganda B.V. and its partners, is part of the Lake Albert Development in Uganda. The project comprises multiple well pads, a Central Processing Facility (CPF), flowlines, pipelines, produced water re-injection facilities, operational support infrastructure, lake water abstraction facilities, and a Nile River crossing. The produced crude oil will be transported through the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) to the Tanzanian coast.
The scope of this study covers the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Verification and Validation of the Safety Instrumented Functions (SIFs) identified during the LOPA studies.. The study primarily utilizes Total's GRIF software for SIL Verification and exSILentia for independent SIL Validation, ensuring that the implemented Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) achieve the required risk reduction in accordance with the project functional safety requirements.

The CONTRACTOR takes on the entire payroll process for the COMPANY, including payroll processing, tax administration, report generation, benefits management, insurance provision, leave tracking, and compliance support. This ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant payroll management for the COMPANY.
