Process Engineering Services on the Rumelan Field operations, including CAPEX concept engineering, field data review, hydraulic modelling, and development of detailed design scopes.
Engineering resources and technical support for the Tanker Loading Station and Oil Storage Area at Hamrin Field, Iraq, covering process and mechanical engineering and design services as required.
Early process verification and design work for the three new Hamrin Degassing Stations (15 MMSCFD without gas lift and 20 MMSCFD with gas lift, 50K BOPD / 50K BWPD per station). Review and verification of the crude assay, TBP data and HYSYS fluid characterisation, followed by a check of the existing separator vessels for gas and liquid loading, separation performance and pressure drop. Vessel internals review with the SME, and CFD verification to confirm minimal carryover and carry-under at maximum and turndown rates. Manifold sizing, verification of the existing choke valves, and hydraulic checks of the well-to-station multiphase lines and the station-to-CPF liquid and gas lines. Pour point, chemical injection and flow assurance screening, plus the Degassing Station PFD and the separator and manifold P&IDs, based on HKN’s reference drawings. Electrical SLD, control schematic and plot plan for the stations, prepared in addition.
