Provision of SOH Compressor Piping Design Support
Preparation of a detailed engineering package for the piping tie-ins related to the installation of a reciprocating compressor package in Khormor Facilities. ExidaSP shall develop a 3D model in CADWorx for the piping tie-ins associated with the reciprocating compressor package, including the inlet piping, outlet piping, flare piping, fuel gas piping, instrument air piping, and nitrogen piping.
Conduct piping stress analysis using Caesar II for all tie-in lines to confirm compliance with applicable piping codes, design criteria, and COMPANY specifications.
Prepare the related isometrics and a Material Take-Off (MTO) for all piping tie-in lines covered under the scope.
Engineering of LPG Bullets Maintenance Depressurization Piping
This project involves the detailed engineering design of a new blowdown system for ten LPG storage bullets at the Khor Mor LPG Plant operated by Pearl Petroleum in the Kurdistan Region. The objective is to enable safe, controlled, and independent depressurization of each LPG bullet without interrupting truck loading operations. The proposed system will route blowdown vapors from each bullet to a common header connected to the existing flare system, ensuring compliance with ASME B31.3, API 521, and COMPANY isolation philosophy requirements. The scope includes piping, structural, and stress analysis design, tie-in engineering, 3D modeling, material take-offs, and HAZOP review to enhance operational flexibility, safety, and environmental compliance. Additionally, the project includes assessment and optimization of the existing cold vent system using DNV PHAST dispersion analysis.
Engineering of Additional LPG Loading Pumps
Engineering and Design of additional LPG loading pumps at the Khor Mor LPG Plant to handle increased capacity from the new KM250A train. The scope includes detailed design, site survey, and integration of new pumps and systems to support 1,600 MT/day loading capacity.
Detailed Design for Business Continuity – Gas In, Gas Out
Detailed design for emergency bypass routes at Khor Mor LPG Plant to ensure continued export of Natural Gas and NGL during security-related disruptions, enabling direct flow from inlet separators to export lines.
Flare and Relief Sizing Verification Services
Work to be provided comprise the following:
Perform a detailed design verification of the Flare and Relief Systems for the West Qurna I (WQI) Oil Trains 2 and 3 located at Degassing Station 7 (DS7) and Degassing Station 6 (DS6);
Lead the flare and relief sizing verification works;

Rovuma LNG Project – Pioneer Camp & Optional Scopes
Pre-Bid Engineering and Preparation of full Technical Proposal for the Provision of EPCC and O&M for Mozambique Rovuma Venture S.p.A (MRV) Pioneer Camp (150,000 m2) which includes offices, 500 bed accommodation, helipad and complete support facilities enable camp to be self-sufficient during operation. MRV may choose to expand the Pioneer Camp to 900–person (additional 400) and provide additional road infrastructure.

Technical Service for WQ2 Yamama Re-Feed Project Gathering System (Package B1 and B2)
Re-FEED for the Yamama Field since the plateau was changed from 650 MBOPD to 350 MBOPD. The scope is limited to B1/B2 package with new well pads and wells along with the tie-in to the pilot wells. This scope include the treatment of oil production, gas processing plant and produced water treatment.
