This scope of work covers surface facilities design, from PDP to conceptual design and FEED. Responsibilities include conducting a feasibility study, proposing a product evacuation plan, and delivering design services such as basic design, topographical and geotechnical surveys, technical proposals, cost estimation, technical scheme comparison, and PDP reports for the surface facility. Also provide engineering deliverables (drawings, specifications, datasheets) for COMPANY review and approval. Additionally, procurement support will also be included for developing material requisitions (MR), material take-offs (MTO), addressing technical queries (TQ), supporting technical bid evaluations, reviewing vendor drawings, participating in vendor technical meetings, and attending Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as required. These services aims to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with COMPANY standards. This scope include the treatment of oil production, gas processing plant and produced water treatment.

Electrical engineering study for the 11/33 kV distribution system (Phase 1) at DNO’s Baeshiqa facilities. Scope covers validation of existing short circuit calculation (SCC) and overcurrent protection settings (OPS) reports against international standards, assessment of the neutral earthing system to determine the requirement and feasibility of overcurrent ground fault protection, and production of a protection settings report where applicable. Deliverables: NER sizing calculation and relay protection study report.

Engineering support focuses on front-end engineering, executed via Call-Off Orders under a Master Services Agreement. Scopes range from feasibility studies, providing technical and commercial evaluations, to FEED studies for larger projects, delivering multidisciplinary outputs like P&IDs, process flow diagrams, 3D models, schedules, and cost estimates. These services support informed project decisions on feasibility and viability.
