SO7- To perform Engineering and Design for Re-Construction of Entry Check Point of EWT.

The project scope includes reconstruction and modernization of the Vehicle Inspection and Entry Check Point areas. The works include development of a three-lane vehicle inspection area (heavy vehicle entry, light vehicle entry, and common exit lane) with required road signs, barriers, inspection platforms, drop-arm barriers, sunshades, T-walls, jersey barriers, and concrete paving. The scope also covers construction of a new Badge Office, foundations and utilities for a COMPANY-provided Secondary Check Point container, water supply connections, septic tank facilities, technical security systems (IPVS and ACS), and modernization of the entrance inspection facilities.

Additional works include construction of asphalt roads and internal driveways, site grading, installation of fiber optic and power cable routes, provision of associated termination equipment (ODF, switches, EDB, etc.), and foundations for all Entry Check Point facilities. The project will deliver a fully functional and upgraded access control and vehicle inspection facility meeting operational and security requirements.

SO6 – To perform FEED of Modernization of Beiji EWT Facilities (Stages 2 & 3).

The project will be executed in two construction stages (Stage 2 and Stage 3), with the Stage 2 design incorporating all utilities and supporting infrastructure required for the plant’s complete future modernization. The scope includes modifications to the existing EWT facilities, such as replacement of pumps, installation of new chemical injection systems, upgrades to nitrogen and service air distribution, piping and pipe rack modifications, electrical heat tracing, recycle line tie-ins, instrumentation upgrades, demolition of obsolete equipment and piping, and provision for future Stage 3 water disposal facilities.

The project also includes the design of new process facilities, including fresh water, nitrogen generation, compressed air, dehydration and desalting, hot oil, chemical injection, produced water treatment, crude stripping, power generation, and closed drain systems, together with associated pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, and utilities. In addition, the scope covers installation of a 6-inch water disposal pipeline from the EWT facility to Water Disposal Well BJ-6, including interconnection piping, well hook-up, and provisions for future Stage 3 expansion, delivering a fully integrated process facility ready for subsequent project phases.

SO5 – To perform FEED of Bejil 2A Wellhead Facilities and Associated Gathering System Pipeline to EWT.

We will provide Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) services in accordance with the Scope of Work, COMPANY specifications, applicable international standards, and engineering best practices. Our services include reviewing available project information, identifying data gaps, conducting topographical surveys and site verification, and developing a complete FEED package that supports detailed engineering without further major optimization. The scope also includes engineering studies such as trunkline routing evaluation, hydraulic and surge analyses, line sizing verification, constructability assessments, and preparation of a Trunkline Routing Selection Report for COMPANY approval.

The FEED will cover all required engineering disciplines, including process, mechanical, piping, pipeline, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and ICSS, for Well Pad BJ-2A, the gathering pipeline to the EWT facility, and future tie-ins for Well Pads BJ-13 and BJ-14. Deliverables will include engineering drawings, design philosophies, layouts, material specifications, MTOs, Class 3 cost estimates, project schedules, procurement and commissioning documentation, interface management, and technical support for procurement activities, providing a comprehensive engineering package for subsequent EPC execution.

SO4 – To perform Engineering and Design for Construction of Roads for the Wellpad Mirawa 1.

The project involves upgrading the existing road network serving WP MIRAWA-1 by reconstructing 1,150 m of existing gravel road (Road 2) and 2,300 m of field road (Road 4) into asphalt roads. The scope also includes a feasibility study for a bypass around the village at the junction of Roads 3 and 4, as well as assessment and reinstatement of existing asphalt Roads 1 and 3 while maintaining their current road type and width.

The Design and Engineering (D&E) scope includes site visits, topographical and geotechnical surveys to establish the optimum road alignment and pavement design, and preparation of survey specifications. Deliverables include road cross-sections, culvert and crossing details, pavement thickness calculations, road alignment drawings, road markings and signage, crash barrier details, construction schedule, cost estimate, bill of quantities (BOQ), and the construction scope of work.

SO3 – To perform FEED of IT and Telecom Infrastructure.
