The project scope includes several process facility modifications to the existing plant, including the hookup of the new BJ-11 well to the existing infrastructure with associated wellhead control systems, future metering and chemical injection provisions, and fire and gas systems. Additional upgrades include replacement of the existing Gas Equalization System (GES) piping and blow cases, installation of interconnecting piping for flexible storage tank operation, and provision of new sampling devices to improve oil and water quality monitoring.

The scope also includes construction of stormwater and industrial wastewater drainage systems, installation of a stationary oil off-loading facility for road tankers, vacuum trucks, and barrels/IBCs, and provision of fresh water supply points for flushing and salt deposition prevention. Existing facility utilities, including nitrogen, instrument air, and power, will support the new equipment, while a UPS with two-hour battery backup will provide emergency power for the Wellhead Control Panel.
