To perform Engineering Design calculations for the repairs and rectification of 36 Electrical Category 1 Defects.
To produce Engineering Design calculations, Bill of Quantities, Specifications, Detailed Engineering Drawings for Defects located within Battery Limit of Stations and identify the gap between the design parameters against the operating requirements of the equipment / item / system.
The scope also includes conducting site survey, investigation and obtaining all historical as well as present operations data of the equipment / item / system.

Conduct OHTL engineering, covering but not limited to:
11kV OHL Design, 16 km, between KPS2 and RETM;
11 kV Integrated Substation at RETM ;
Electrical Cabling between the OHL and the Integrated New Substation.

The Services to be provided under the Contract may include, but not be limited to:
Project management;
Detailed Engineering for the 24 inch, 16 Km Pipeline between RETM & KRS2;
Conduct Geo and Topo Survey;
Upgrade the RTU/SCADA Systems;

Engineering activities cover process definition, conceptual facility configuration, major equipment identification, pipeline routing and sizing, utilities assessment, and infrastructure planning aligned with production and export requirements. The study will also define key operating philosophies, environmental considerations, and project assumptions to guide future FEED and detailed engineering stages. Deliverables include concept engineering documents, equipment and Questor-based cost models, assumptions registers, and executive presentation materials to support stakeholder reviews and project governance.
