Site and Facilities Verification for EPC for Gas Sweetening Unit Modification, Nitrogen Package and Raw Gas Compression & Dehydration Facilities at the West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area.

Conduct OHTL engineering, covering but not limited to:

• 11KV OHL Designs;
• 11Kv Integrated Substation at RETM ;
• Electrical Cabling between the OHL and the Integrated New Substation.

The Scope of Work includes, but not limited to:

• Human Factor for FEED phase of the Facilities described above, including non-licenced and licenced systems.
• Analysis, review, desktop activities, workshops and production of the corresponding studies and applicable reports.
• Execute this study in compliance with the relevant Client CoPs & Specification, HSE Guidelines and International Standards.

Evaluate the Process Issues with the aim of de-bottlenecking the facility to achieve the original design intent. Conduct Site Visit and Sampling to inform de-bottlenecking recommendations. Adhere to DPOC Standards & Codes, South Sudan’s Rules, Regulations, and Laws, and International Standards and Best Practice

Work to be provided comprise the following:

• Perform a detailed design verification of the Flare and Relief Systems for the West Qurna I (WQI) Oil Trains 2 and 3 located at Degassing Station 7 (DS7) and Degassing Station 6 (DS6);
• Lead the flare and relief sizing verification works;
• Integrated Engineering Management Team;
• Performing Sizing Calculations
• Review of Flare Net Model Network;
• Study for Acoustically Induced Vibration (AIV) for PSVs
• Flare radiation / dispersion Calculations Excluded for 3rd Party Scope

The Services to be provided under the Contract may include, but not be limited to:

• Project management;
• Detailed Engineering for the 24 inch, 16 Km Pipeline between RETM & KRS2;
• Conduct Geo and Topo Survey;
• Upgrade the RTU/SCADA Systems;
• Preparation of the PC Scope of Work;
• Preparation of the PC Cost Estimate;
• Preparation of the PC Schedule;
• Preparation of the Project Dossier.

Install a MODIFICATION that includes a Sour Gas Incinerator with associated Waste Heat Recovery Unit (WHRU). This will reduce the visible flare by burning the Gas in the Incinerator. The high temperature exhaust gas from the Incinerator will pass through a WHRU, which shall be integrated into a New Hot Oil System, which is used for on-site process heating requirements.

Provide required Technical Service to support COMPANY for carrying out design engineering, detailed engineering, technical support for procurement activities such as; Material Requisitions (MRs), Technical Bids Evaluations (TBEs) & Vendor Data Requirements (VDRs), as well as support for the project management, planning, control, cost control, document control, construction, and commissioning Work, as required.

This pipeline traverses over the Khabour River via an underwater crossing, at which the original design was to bury the pipeline below the riverbed. During recent inspections, it was found that the pipeline was exposed at the Tawke side of the river crossing, and approximately 15 to 20mlengthofthepipelinewas found to be unsupported.

The scope of work for this project is limited to:

• Assess the robustness and reliability of the mitigation barrier associated with the existing point detector network for the detection/confirmation of a flammable and/or toxic gas release with the existing LOS detection system removed from the Safety Instrumented System (SIS);

• Study to evaluate whether the point detected currently provided is adequate. If inadequate, include a pragmatic recommendation to achieve the required barrier robustness;
• The study shall be limited to FZ-4 & FZ-9;
• The coverage of the detectors considered in the study is manufactured by M/S DECTON.

To explore possible options and provide recommendation for the Peshkabir 2nd stage separator associated gas capture and enhance the gas handling compression and injection.

FEED for Fire Suppression System at three main stations of KPS1, KPS2 and RETM.

Engineering study for rectifications works on defective electrical equipment, material, components and instruments. The works include investigation, engineering study, design and engineering documentation and drawings for the systems.

Provision of Consultancy Services for Sarsang and Atrush Field Gas Processing Facility Study

Contractor shall provide the required personnel, and personnel management to support TAQA’s

project activities as required.

To conduct the following study for the Anokyi Mainline Compressor Station (AMCS) Phase II EPCC Project of Meridian Logistic and Engineering (MLE) on behalf of Ghana National Gas Company:

• SIMOPS study;
• HAZOP study;
• SIL (LOPA) study;
• FERA; and
• QRA study.

General Engineering Services (Concept, FEED and Detailed Engineering) for Block 11 Field.

To perform Engineering Design calculations for the repairs and rectification of 36 Electrical Category 1 Defects.

To produce Engineering Design calculations, Bill of Quantities, Specifications, Detailed Engineering Drawings for Defects located within Battery Limit of Stations and identify the gap between the design parameters against the operating requirements of the equipment / item / system.

The scope also includes conducting site survey, investigation and obtaining all historical as well as present operations data of the equipment / item / system.

Carry out all necessary Engineering works related to Fire-fighting system for CPF S-1 Facilities in accordance with NPFA standard. The firefighting equipment consist of Water Supply, Fire Water Tanks feeding the Fire Ring; Fire Pumps; Hydrants, Hydro-Foam Monitors, Post Indicator Valves; Deluge system at the new tanks; Sprinklers under the roof over loading bay and portable and wheeled fire extinguishers.

To perform Feasibility studies and front-end engineering studies, Detailed design activities including preparation of procurement documentation (invitation to tender packages) and technical bid evaluations, provision of personnel to work within TAQA’s organization, and provision of any other work and Services incidental to the foregoing including ‘as building’ documentation, survey works, minor plant changes, etc.

To provide Engineering Support for different ongoing Projects.

Provision of Design, Supply and Configuration of DCS & Integrated Safety System for Leased Oil Train, Petronas, Iraq.

Engineering design works, including but not limited to the detailed Engineering design, record drawings and documentation.

To perform engineering, detailed design including all analyses, procurement personnel support, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, Commissioning and Start–up assistance to Company’s Operations Group as required and for the provision of all records / documentation necessary for the complete performance of the Work.

Also responsible for all aspects of the Services, with regard to Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance, quality management, schedule, cost and functionality.

To provide engineering studies, cost estimation and engineering interpretation primarily but not solely aimed at identifying, evaluating, and designing oil and gas surface facilities in Northern Iraq.
